Sarah Croscutt (she/her)
Welcome! I am the Owner/ Facilitator of From the Outside, LLC, a series of plant and nature-based activities designed to cultivate connection and well-being. With a BS degree in Biology and a MS degree in Environmental Science, I have spent much of my career working in the field of science and outdoor education. I have cultivated a deep connection and love for the natural world. My scientific knowledge, adventures in travel, gardening, and outdoor exploration, as well as my personal journey of healing, are the inspiration for my creative process. In addition to the From the Outside program, I have created Lessons from Nature, a series of essays connecting readers more deeply to themselves through the natural world. To access, click on the Lessons from Nature or Blog Feed menu option above. Several of my essays have been published in Plants and Poetry Journal and Wild Roof Journal. Both of these journals are nature-themed publications that support an amazing collective of wildly talented writers and artists.
